EMT Projects is directed by Ben Emmett, a Building Designer and Registered Building Practitioner with over 25 years’ experience across residential and commercial sectors.
The practice has delivered a broad range of residential work, including new homes, extensions, renovations and multi-dwelling developments.
Projects are approached with a focus on aligning design, planning requirements and construction outcomes from the outset. This includes early identification of constraints, coordination of consultants and maintaining clear direction throughout the process.
EMT works closely with clients, engineers, building surveyors and other specialists to ensure projects progress efficiently and remain aligned with client objectives.
